    Kantha Bomb

    The Kantha Bomb is far from generic and features the tastiest chilli you've probably never tried - the Kanthari - as premium as green chillies get. This Indian birds eye chilli is so bomb, it makes it's African (peri peri) and Asian (Thai birdys eye) cousins look bad.

    A 'Covid lockdown' addition to the Naagin family, we kept our ingredients on the healthy side and simple - chillies, celery, turmeric, garlic, ginger - however thanks to the chilli and our special blend of fresh veggies, the flavour is quite complex.     The Smoky Bhoot is not for the weak of heart (or stomach) – after all its unique and fiery flavour comes from the legendary Bhut Jolokia chilli from North-East India. You might have seen how YouTube is littered with videos of 'bros' pumped up enough to eat a whole Bhut Jolokia – only to crumble to the floor, pounding down milk!

    Rich in texture, this hot sauce takes you on a sensory journey right from the first taste through to a full 10 seconds later when the heat finally breaks.     Guntur chillies hail from the town of Guntur, home to the 'Guntur Chilli Yard', Asia's largest dried red chilli market. Popular the world over, they are widely loved for their exceptionally rich red colour and the sharp flavour they add to any food. It's high pungency rating gives a sharp and prominent taste - a truly Desi Laal Teekhi Mirchi.

    With multiple varieties ranging from 334 (export quality), teja (fine variety), sannam (the common option, all 280,000 yearly tons of it) and 273 (wrinkled variety), not to mention the other varieties, it's safe to say Guntur chillies are a sizeable family of chillies, all on their own!

    Sankeshwari Chilli

    A local Maharashtrian favourite, the Sankeshwari Chilli is known for giving Kolhapuri and even Konkan food its distinctive flavour bright red colour. It’s got a spicy zing so nice a single bottle will not suffice! With a medium heat level and a consistent release of spice, the chilli’s flavour profile faultlessly lends itself to sauces, pickles and other condiments. It may have once been one of the humble workhorses of the chilli world, but not anymore.

    The Kanthari chilli is not even really a secret, in fact its routinely grown in people's homes and gardens in it's home state. We're used to seeing only it's Thai cousin in high-end supermarkets, but this beauty is on a whole other level of deliciousness. With a punchy heat level and a wholesome release of flavour and spice, the chilli really champions the spicy qualities of South Indian food. It makes a sauce so great you'll wonder why you used a colour to describe 'green chilli' sauces. This isn't just any green chilli. This is the Kanthari chilli.

    Bhut Jolokia Chilli

The Bhut Jolokia measures over 10,00,000 SHU on the Scoville Heat Scale, making it at least 130 times as spicy as the average Jalapeno Pepper.
